Registration and non-bonsai spouse registration both include Saturday lunch. They do not include the banquet Saturday night. If you are registering more than one individual, please use the “Additional Information” to inform us of names. The most common mistake in registering is a failure to select a club, but that is important to your clubs, so please check to be sure you have it correct. Please include your name and telephone number in the Additional Information. Registration for the conference is required to participate in the lecture/demonstrations, workshops, or critiques.

The Saturday Night Banquet (7:00) is not included in any registration. Be sure to indicate your choice of dinner. You will be able to adjust the number of banquet tickets at checkout. Should you need two different meals, you can add them to the cart separately. If you are registering more than one individual, please use the “Additional Information” to inform us of names and/or dietary restrictions.

The workshops include the price of the tree. There are limited spaces and and they are only open to individuals who are registered for the festival. If you are registering more than one individual, please use the “Additional Information” to inform us of names. The last option in the PullDown menu is SILENT OBSERVER for $35 which means you can observe the Workshops (only) but are not supposed to talk with the participants or instructor; this does not admit you to any other portions of the festival. NOTE: All workshops are now full. Silent Observer is still available.

Space in the critiques is limited and they are only open to individuals who are registered for the festival. Please purchase your first choice, but indicate a second choice. If you are registering more than one individual, please the “Additional Information” to inform us of names. Fields critique has one space open due to cancellation. Other critiques are full.

We would appreciate any additional contribution to the operation of MABS that you would like to add on top of your registration fees.

PLEASE NOTE: Providing online registration with credit card service is not free to MABS and we work on a tight budget. For that reason, we are charging a slight (3%) premium for online registration. This is the $300 fee for a full vendor registration after you have been approved as a vendor. If you are sharing a table with another vendor, you must have received permission from Carl Achhammer. Then one of the two vendors must pay the full amount and get reimbursed for the other half by the other vendor.
